Social media seems to take up a lot of our mental space, space that could otherwise be used for focus, attention, or just living in the moment. Obviously, it's not practical to quit social media cold turkey, but there are simple ways to clear up some space in our brains.

We found a great article that tells us how social media can negatively impact our mental health, and small steps we can take to "declutter" our minds.
