Happy Monday and happy May!

The beginning of May marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Month, a month dedicated for advocates across the country to come together as a united front. While mental health is important to discuss year-round, this month gives us a unique opportunity to educate, fight stigma, and seek support!

Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.

This year, the National Alliance on Mental Illness is amplifying the message "You Are Not Alone." Click here to check out NAMI's message for 2021.

Mental Health America is also observing this month with the theme of Tools 2 Thrive. Click here to check out MHA's statement and their great list of mental health resources.
